Adina Matasaru is an experienced attorney who divides her time between litigating on behalf of her clients and counseling them on creative solutions to complex business matters as well as preventing potential liability. Adina has extensive experience in professional malpractice defense and litigation, including representing licensed professionals - chiropractors, naturopaths, medical doctors, nurse practioners and other healthcare providers - before their licensing boards or regulatory bodies.
In addition, Adina has successfully litigated a wide variety of complex commercial disputes for clients in state and federal courts. She routinely handles cases involving breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and other matters involving commercial transactions.
Adina is fluent in German and Romanian. Her language and cultural experience provide her the unique ability to represent non-native speakers as well as foreign businesses and nationals.

Adina is admitted to the Oregon and Washington State Bars and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association and Oregon Minority Lawyers Association. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Multnomah Bar Association and the National University of Natural Medicine.
Adina received her J.D from the Willamette University College of Law where she served as Staff Editor for the Willamette Law Review. During her third year, she attended Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany where she studied European Union Law and Transnational Transactions. She also holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy, Theology and Political Science from University of Portland.
